Trading Card Social is a novel way to get to know new people and tap into the beautiful energy of creativity. Let’s create some goodness together!
First, we will meet another and share some inspirational prompts and topics. After a brief demo of mediums and techniques, we will create as many or more trading cards as participants. Using high quality materials, enjoy adding a dash of this and a splash of that with conversation and laughter along the way.
Artistic pressure is low and freedom is high. The techniques are simple and completely open ended. The cards are fun, colorful, abstract, and anything else you bring to them. The only thing you have to do “right” is enter the space with the mindset to have a great time, meet people, and reacquaint yourself with the childhood artist inside of you.
At the end of the night we cut up our cards, and put one of each into every person’s bin with a note written on the back. If you want to share your number with anyone, you may!

Policies: Weather, health, and family emergencies are refunded if we are notified prior to the workshop. Please email sarafinafiberart@gmail.com. If the instructor faces the same, refunds are issued for the amount of the workshop but not for any travel expenses. This workshop has an 8 person minimum. Refunds will be issued should it be cancelled.
