Can I return my items?

We want each and every customer to be a happy one. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email or call us, 443-207-5576 or admin@sarafinafiberart.com. 

We consider each inquiry with individual attention and solutions.  Straight forward returns are processed with no restocking fee and a full refund.  If we are in error, we will offer a refund or provide an exchange with no cost to you for shipping.  We do not have a specific time limit regarding returns.
