Wool from the Falklands runs clean and well balanced for all of your felting styles. The staple length is about 3” with enough crimp for needle felting but smooth enough for wet felting.
Sara has formulated and hand dyed these color ways with 2D landscapes in mind, but they are also perfect to pull preferred color sections for your 2D and 3D needle felting as well!
Three sets of 3oz roving are dyed in the same pot, with 4 pots going at one time. Every effort is made for consistency but due the wishes of the Dying Gods and forces unknown, there are ALWAYS beautiful variations. Take a look at our photos to see the range of where your particular braid might land!
One braid is an ample 3 oz. Which, when opened covers about 24 x 36"
