How will my items ship?
Items will be shipped using USPS first class, Priority mail, or domestic UPS Ground. Shipping prices will need to be adjusted if you require expedited shipping.

When will my package ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

What if I am shipping internationally?
We offer a localized shopping experience for our international customers.  Shopify Markets Pro allows our customers to shop in their currency and pay taxes and customs fees during the checkout process.  Your package will ship with DHL or DHL Express and will have pre-customs clearance.  Your order should not have any additional customs fees or import taxes, meaning no surprises and a faster shipping timeframe. 

How do I get an estimate of international shipping costs?

 We suggest creating a new customer account https://www.sarafinafiberart.com/account/register and click on "Create Account" Fill out your information, including the shipping address. You can then add any items you want to order to your shopping cart. The website will automatically calculate your shipping costs based on the weight of the items in your cart and the shipping location, along with taxes and customs fees.

Why do I sometimes get a shipping refund?

At Sarafina Fiber Art, Inc. we keep track of all of our shipments in a log. The short story is that we never want you to overpay for shipping fees. Here is the longer story: We keep track of what the customer pays vs. what we pay in actual costs. The website is almost always spot-on as far as estimating shipping costs, but every once in a while we find that the customer has overpaid in shipping fees.  If you see a refund come through yet you received all of your items it is most likely a shipping refund.
