Sunset Heather Core is a bulky roving made with the brushed woolen process, giving us springiness and easy felting. Canadian sheep live in a severe climate therefore grow a lofty, strong, medium micron fiber. We find it builds shapes easily and quickly.
Relative to Sarafina Core, this new line is a thicker roving, slightly higher micron, with more color variation in each color. From Custom Woolen Mills in Alberta Canada.
Sunset Heather is over all a golden color with with peach and pink tones. A beautiful, rich color for pumpkins, flowers, and more.
