Perfect for newer felters and tons of tiny fun for accomplished felters too, this Supply Pack has all of the ingredients you need to make 4 to 6 Otters that are otter this world. This project uses our Zullitool and the Face Ace to make the otter in a few easy shapes plus details. The Zullitool and Face Ace do not come with this supply pack, they must be purchased separately. You will also need a felting surface and needles. Please see our Tools and Hardware Section. For use with the tutorial on YouTube, linked below.

We have rated each of our Supply Packs according to our Needle Felting Rating Scale. This scale will help you determine if a project is within your range, assuming you have not felted before or have worked with mainly Sarafina™ tutorials and methods.
