Refund policy
We have no time limit regarding returns. We understand life can be busy and you may not get to your project immediately. So if you notice an issue later, we are happy to accommodate.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

We consider each inquiry with individual attention and solutions, we want to understand the issue. A simple return is processed with no restocking fee and a full refund. If we are in error, we will offer a refund or provide an exchange with no cost to you for shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to contact us. We can provide cross shipping in certain situations.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we can then issue a refund, of which your receive an email with details. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
